One technology I am really excited for is artificial intelligence (AI). Businesses use AI in almost every industry today to help with operations, decision-making, sales, and more. What gets me most excited about AI is how computers can quickly analyze large amounts of data and provide valuable information for people to use when making decisions. I’m very interested in entrepreneurship, finance, and real estate which is why I believe AI will have a huge impact on these fields in the future.

Originally, I wanted to create my advertisement on Facebook Ads Manager. I created an advertisement for a student-run car detailing business called Red and Black Auto Spa that my team and I designed for my Business Startup class at the University of Cincinnati. I wanted to target college students who desire quick and affordable car cleaning services without having to leave campus.

Yes, I want to start my own real estate company. The goal is to begin by flipping a couple of houses to generate active income and build initial capital. By focusing on cosmetic renovations and smart purchases, I plan to create short-term profits that can be reinvested back into the business. This phase will help me gain hands-on experience, build contractor relationships, and understand the full process of buying, renovating, and selling properties efficiently.
